Return policy: While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with attached tags. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the day of delivery) of receiving all items in the order. I will then send you a return label to mail your items back. Mail your return back within 7 days from of receiving your return label, I will then issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
If return is over the 7 days, we will still accept the return within a 15 day window, however for store credit only.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, beauty products, gift cards, and final sale items, are non-refundable.
Please be sure that clothing is unwashed, free of animal hair, odor & perfumes.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 1-3 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Once we receive your return, you will be notified by email and refunded within 1-2 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. I will always try and make it right!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item to assure that your wanted item doesn't get sold out.
Boutique clothing usually has minimal quantities, therefore we do not accept exchanges of any kind. If your desired size is showing as sold out, please contact me, I will contact my supplier and do everything I can to get you your desired size / color, or I will work with you to try and get you a similar replacement.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@Kr8zYDaisyBoutique.Com.
