To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them

Orders require 1-3 business days for processing (which doesn't include holidays and weekends) and up to 14 business days (which includes processing) for shipping depending on the originating warehouse (We have 4 Warehouses, all located in the U.S.). Most items are delivered within 7 days of order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item, not caused by the shipping courier.  

Delivery time will be affected by public holidays, mailing address, inclement weather, and international express company.

LOCAL PICK UP: We do not offer local pick up at this time.
